We understand that reaching out for help can be daunting that is why we have a number of ways you can contact us.

Stop it Now Helpline
Help with a worry about possible sexual abuse The Stop it Now! helpline 0808 1000 900 is available for anyone with concerns about child sexual abuse. Callers do not need to give identifying information, so can remain anonymous.
We speak to thousands of people every year, and help them take action to protect children and young people from sexual abuse and exploitation.
The Stop it Now! helpline is available from 9.00am - 9.00pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9.00am - 5.00pm Fridays, and closed on weekends and bank holidays.
Stop it Now Confidential Messaging
You can message the helpline using our secure messaging service. We aim to respond to messages within 5-7 working days. If your enquiry is urgent please call the confidential helpline.
